Tajima Kuroge wagyu beef was raised carefully in Ebetsu, in a blessing environment. Quality and freshness is a MUST so we supervise from breeding to processing and provide the No.1 freshness.

Of course our beef is safe!! It has passed the BSE inspection!! The main restaurant opened in 1972 as a sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant. Since then, we have repeated customers in Hokkaido and the main island of Japan for our best beef.

You must try our Yaki-shabu style beef (lightly seared thin-sliced beef), what our ISHIZAKI repeated customers always order! We opened as an authentic teppanyaki steak restaurant in 2001, also a sister restaurant.
